Look! Christopher Plummer is officially John Paul Getty
Well… You probably know the facts by now. After Kevin Spacey’s much publicized accusations of inappropriate sexual advances, he was actually replaced in the role of John Paul Getty.
Yes. Christopher Plummer took over that same role in All the money in the world- the upcoming biopic directed by Ridley Scott, and that endeavor requited 2 weeks of additional and expensive re-shoots.
But here it is. The first look of Plummer in the role of John Paul Getty, and in the first brief TV spot for All the Money in the world. After a young John Paul Getty III (Christopher Plummer) is kidnapped by an organized crime regime, his devoted mother, Gail (Michelle Williams), desperately attempts to convince his wealthy grandfather, oil tycoon J. Paul Getty (Christopher Plummer) to pay the ransom. When he refuses, Gail allies herself with Getty’s business manager and former CIA operative Fletcher Chase (Mark Wahlberg) to set her son free and convince Getty to change his mind before it’s too late.
All the money in the world opens on December 22nd and here is the first TV spot after the required re-shoots. and the first official trailer.
