Fun fact about the movie: This was very much a collaborative project between Brooklyn and British-centric friends. Rebecca Hall and Dan Stevens were briefly classmates at Cambridge University and appearing on the British and the Brooklyn Academy of Music stage in several Shakspherian productions. Hall and Morgan Spector also shared a Broadway stage in Machinal (2014) and later married. Brian Crano has previously written and directed films with his partner, David Joseph Craig and Rebecca Hall.

Fun fact about the movie: Wesley Snipes had wanted to play the Black Panther in the 90s, and had gone to Columbia Pictures with a script. He later went on to play the vampire hunter Blade; he was still interested in playing the Black Panther, but Marvel decided to go a different direction while Mr. Snipes is busy creating his own superhero roles and writing superhero books and screenplays.
