The upcoming 7th season of the HBO hit series Game Of Thrones premieres this weekend and oh boy I cannot wait. Literally.

Titled “Dragonstone” and directed by Jeremy Podeswam the first episode from the shortened 7th season Is expected to air on HBO, this Sunday. The first episode is also written by the series show runners David Benioff & D. B. Weiss but the 7th season will introduce several new cast members, including Jim Broadbent and Tom Hopper.

According to a report by Entertainment Weekly, the seventh season of the series will include its longest episode of 81 minutes. The penultimate episode will also run for 71 minutes – around 16 minutes longer than an average Game of Thrones episode. The first five episodes will mostly run longer than average (55 minutes), at 59, 59, 63, 50, and 59 minutes respectively.

But while us the fans look forward to the premiere of the 7th season and the airing of the “Dragonstone” episode, feel free to look back to the previous 6 seasons.
