The first trailer for „A Wrinkle In Time“ prepares us for a magical journey
Ava DuVernay’s latest directorial work, A Wrinkle In Time just got its first trailer and it’s as magical as you can imagine.

Disney’s fantasy adventure film is an adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s book of the same name, and with the young Storm Reid in the role of Margaret “Meg” Murry.

After the disappearance of her scientist father, Dr. Alexander “Alex” Murry (Chris Pine) three peculiar beings send Meg, her brother, and her friend to space in order to find him. Oprah Winfrey stars as Mrs. Which, Reese Witherspoon as Mrs. Whatsit, Mindy Kaling as Mrs. Who, while Zach Galifianakis, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Michael Pena, Levi Miller, André Holland, Bellamy Young, Rowan Blanchard, and Will McCormack complete the rest of the cast.

Jennifer Lee took the job of adapting the book (and thus writing the script for A Wrinkle In Time) and the movie arrives in theaters on March 9, 2018.
The film is based on Madeleine L’Engle’s timeless classic and takes audiences across dimensions of time and space, examining the nature of darkness versus light and ultimately, the triumph of love.
Directed by Ava DuVernay from a screenplay by Jennifer Lee based upon the beloved novel by Madeleine L’Engle, “A Wrinkle in Time” is produced by Jim Whitaker and Catherine Hand with Doug Merrifield serving as executive producer.
