We need to talk about Ezra Miller
Ok… You’ve probably heard about this dude. He’s only 25 years old but he can brag and brag about a couple of things.
Well first of all, he has a career that is almost one decade long, he’s been collaborating with one of the most acclaimed directors on the planet (Lynne Ramsay, Judd Apatow just to name a few) and he’s been a part of two successful franchises. Fantastic Beasts and Justice League of course.
He’s yet to appear once again in the role of Barry Allen/The Flash (in the upcoming Justice League) and it will the first time that he’s not in a cameo role from the DC cinematic universe. Ezra’s appearances in Batman V Superman- Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad was waaaay short, actually and his fan’s are looking forward in seeing more of Ezra in the role of Flash.
This fan included. Now… I’m not particularly fond of the upcoming Justice League or Ben Affleck for that matter, but there is plenty of talent in the rest of the cast (Jason Momoa, Gal Gadot, JK Simmons, Ray Fisher) and we must not forget about the talented and versatile Ezra Miller.
He had his movie debut in 2008’s Afterschool but it was the role in We Need to Talk About Kevin that put him on the map and Hollywood took notice of his talent. The Perks of Being a Wallflower followed and it was in Judd Apatow’s Trainwreck’s that he had his reunion with his „movie mom“ Tilda Swinton.
But in honor of Justice League, and his portrayal of Barry Allen, let’s make a short but oh so important list of all the Ezra Miller movie projects that are worth checking out.
