Self- referred as „bad ape“ and voiced by Steve Zahn in motion captured performance, it is a new character who appears in public after years spent in isolation and fear. The ape learned to survive, to be self-sufficient and to talk (more or less) and Caesar (Andy Serkis) along with the other apes, will probably not know what to do with him in the movie.

Woody Harrelson, Amiah Miller, Karin Konoval, Judy Greer and Terry Notary will also be present in Matt Reeves, directed sequel from Planet of the Apes franchise, and the movie opens on July 14.

Two years after the events of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Caesar and his apes have been embroiled in a war against humans. As the ape population decreases, Caesar wrestles in with his darker instincts in order to avenge his dead apes. The encounter with the apes and humans puts them into the ultimate confrontation, to determine the fate of the Earth.

The movie predecessor Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, was probably one of the best summer blockbusters, and was met with great success on the box office and with the film critics.
